Les Sociétés de transport de Sherbrooke (STS), de l’Outaouais (STO) du Saguenay, de Trois-Rivières et de Lévis ont été la cible de cyberattaques, perturbant l’offre de transport adapté du 10 au 18 août.
Seuls les déplacements essentiels (RDV médicaux, travail, urgences) ont pu être assurés.
La porte-parole de la STO a expliqué que l’outil qu’ils utilisent habituellement pour prendre les réservations, faire le jumelage entre les clients d’un même secteur, créer les itinéraires et assigner les courses aux chauffeurs était inutilisable en raison de la cyberattaque. Ils ont donc dû recourir au “papier-crayon”.
